Workshop with Jill Parker of Ultra Gypsy

We also learned three combinations from this workshop, but right now I cannot seem to recall any of them! If I happen to remember, I will post an update.

I remember that I liked the music that was used though, both during combinations and during the conditioning.
I am fairly sure I have some of it (one was Helm maybe?); the music choice seemed more 'tribalish' to me.
