
I spent all day looking at the exercises for tonight and stressing about the STRENGTH and METCON parts yet when I actually got started it took me 26 minutes to get through the warm up and that was without doing the squat with a plate mobility work. I feel like that was a pretty intense warm up and that wasn’t even the hardest part yesterday.
I did a total of 55 squats with a “weighted barbell” on my back. And then I did 90 kettle ball swings. There were sections of this workout that I feel I totally failed at, but those two things I am very proud of.
Today I am hating how many stairs there are in my house and how many of my chores incolve running up and down those dang stairs. My legs don’t want to work at all.
But really, I’m fine.
