Wed, Jan 18, day 15 of daily exercise – squat till you drop

It’s way to fucking cold to walk outside today at lunch. So I have to workout after work. And I’m a bit terrified that I am going to hurt my legs again like I did last week.

I ended up not working out on this day. But I thought it was important to add tpost because of how much my legs hurt and how much fear I had about making them hurt that badly again.
