Mon, Jan 23, day 18 – squats, mountain climbers & side lunges

It was -10F all day today so I stayed inside and did a workout after the work day.

40 each of air squats, mountain climbers and side lunches with the toe touch. I also rode the bike for about 10 minutes and then did a little bit of stretching at the end. Fingers crossed that my legs recover better than they did the last time I tried squats.
