Well-balanced meals?

This week I rationalized that a pint of mint chocolate ice cream topped with strawberries was a complete meal: topped with fruit, mint for my vegetables and dairy for protein. Next up is chips and salsa: more vegetables in the corn tortillas chips plus lots of veggies in the salsa.

I think I’m doing just fine feeding myself while Michael is Outside at training.
