I am starting the TTSL Minimum Equipment (low equipment) 30-day plan today and it felt good to sweat again even if the squats and elevated burpees are hard.

Mon, Jan 23, day 18 – squats, mountain climbers & side lunges

It was -10F all day today so I stayed inside and did a workout after the work day.

40 each of air squats, mountain climbers and side lunches with the toe touch. I also rode the bike for about 10 minutes and then did a little bit of stretching at the end. Fingers crossed that my legs recover better than they did the last time I tried squats.

Thur, Jan 19, day 16 of daily exercise – walking in coldest temps yet

Yesterday the temps hovered around -10F all day so I skipped my lunch time walk. I thought I would get in an evening workout, but other things happened so I didn’t get any exercise yesterday. So today I was determined to not miss exercising.

Today was COLD. My outdoor thermometer read -5F, but my app showed -9. It was pretty! I walked FAST, normally I get to the dog park in 13.5 minutes, and I did it in 12.5!

Wed, Jan 18, day 15 of daily exercise – squat till you drop

It’s way to fucking cold to walk outside today at lunch. So I have to workout after work. And I’m a bit terrified that I am going to hurt my legs again like I did last week.

I ended up not working out on this day. But I thought it was important to add tpost because of how much my legs hurt and how much fear I had about making them hurt that badly again.
